This EP is actually an extended episode of the radio-type program, Steel Wolf Spotlight (with only an introduction and closing remark made by host Alice Moliuskas) during which listeners are "privileged" to hear live material recorded during 2017 in the band's hometown of New York City. It was released as part of Steel Wolf's 35th Anniversary celebration and was part of the content of The Unreleased Album compact disc. The title is a reference to their first live release made in 1986.
